Registration:
● This is a FREE-Entry tournament that provides prizing. No (Zero) payment is required. Gameplay starts @8am PST (sharp).
● To register, post your Duelingbook Username & your Discord Account. (Ex: Duelingbook: Monarch Snow | Discord: Monarch Snow#9182)
● You are required to join our Discord Server in order to complete registration & to participate in this event.
● To complete a post on this topic, login to Duelingbook Forums. Your Forums Login uses your current Duelingbook Username & Password.
● Registration is limited to either 32 participants specifically OR 64 participants specifically, ending on September 18th @ 11:59pm PST.
● You cannot register in this event with multiple accounts (on DB &/or Discord) in this event.
● The finalized bracket will be up on September 19th @ 7:55am PST, 5 minutes prior to the start of gameplay.
● You cannot participate in this event if you have an account(s) banned or frozen on Duelingbook, unless permitted by the Event Organizer.
● You cannot participate in this event if you have an account(s) on the Harmonic Souls: Organized Play Suspended Players' List.

Gameplay:
● This is a Single Elimination event (with a 3rd place Match) & all duels must be hosted on [url:1tth1xgk]https://duelingbook.com[/url:1tth1xgk].
● All duels must be hosted as a best 2 out of 3 (Match) with siding, unless specified otherwise by the Event Organizer.
● All duels must be hosted without a Watcher's Password, no exceptions.
● All duels must use TCG Advanced Format & the TCG Forbidden & Limited List @: [url:1tth1xgk]https://www.yugioh-card.com/en/limited/[/url:1tth1xgk].
● Once your Duel ends, report the Match Score to the Event Organizer on Duelingbook &/or Discord with an attached replay.
● OCG-Exclusive cards are forbidden. Currently legal cards for TCG play (in any region) can be used in this tournament.
● Decks cannot be changed. You cannot add/remove cards throughout the entire event. The only exception is if an illegal card(s) is added.
● Decks cannot be changed even when disconnections (DCs) occur in-game.
● DCs result in a Game Loss (not a Match Loss), unless that player's victory was certain or a penalty would cause the other player to lose.
● Glitched Duels will result in a game cancellation & restart, unless deemed otherwise by the Event Organizer or an Event Judge.

Policy:
● This event is sanctioned by the Harmonic Souls: Organized Play - Gameplay Guidelines @: [url:1tth1xgk]https://tiny.cc/HS_Guidelines_EN_V1[/url:1tth1xgk].
● Criteria in the Guidelines for Duelists & Event Staff includes, but no limited to: behavior, card rulings, game procedures, & penalties.
● You're responsible to comprehend & to adhere to these guidelines when participating in this event & to inquire if you have questions.

Prizing:
You can redeem 1 of the following Prize Options after the event if you place accordingly.
● 1st Place: $40 USD via PayPal/120-day Duelingbook Code + 40 ($/€) worth of Store Codes from CardMarket OR 4 months of Discord Nitro.
● 2nd Place: $20 USD via PayPal/60-day Duelingbook Code + 20 ($/€) worth of Store Codes from CardMarket OR 2 months of Discord Nitro.
● 3rd Place: $10 USD via PayPal/30-day Duelingbook Code + 10 ($/€) worth of Store Codes from CardMarket OR 1 month of Discord Nitro.
● 4th Place: 5 ($/€) worth of Store Codes from CardMarket
CardMarket Codes are distributed immediately after the tournament.
Other prizes are distributed to their rightful winners NO LATER than the week of December 1st, 2020 (PST).
