The block option should be removed, it literally does no good. Since when have you seen or experience the blocking of someone that starts to constantly message you? Never. The block option is mostly used by people that don't like to see certain posts/replies on MM, people that start the messages and then get told off, and just straight up salt from unrated.

All it does is allow dumb people to start sending messages that expresses their stupidity and then block the other person that points out the stupidity.

I really like the option, as it allows me to block those that make jokes that go too far, or only troll, in status updates.
That keeps my status updates screen looking nice.

I see people just insult people they don't like then block them so the other person never gets to reply.

Unfortunately that happens too.
I feel that there is still too much negativity, trolling and the like on Dueling Book.

I use it quite a bit. also they would never remove this feature. the block option is there for a reason

I agree, They should ban users permanently if you Block more than 50 Users without unblocking some after a Week or Month have passed.

That would also ban people that use the block feature more properly.
I likely have 50 people blocked at this point, and outside of maybe 1 or 2, I don't intend to unblock any of them.

I tend to block people who message me to subscribe to their channels.
