My account has recently been frozen for a humongous amount of days. I barely play competitive, use no VPN or such, do not spam or write insults.
I have filed an appeal con the "ban appeal" option in the forum section of Dueling Book. Where will I receive an update? Will they write to the mail linked to my account or answer directly in-game (if so, how do I find it)?
