I have been talking to a lot of the Tengu Plant players and there are people unhappy with the new start time of the DB Tengu Tournaments. From my understanding the start time was changed at the request of an individual, citing that he is not able to consistently make it to the tournaments. I have been keeping track and since his request was approved to accommodate his schedule, the user has not joined a single tournament.
I am not sure really why it was acceptable to change the tournament to accommodate one person, but in doing so you have all but excluded NA retro players from participation. I understand that it might be a bit frustrating for a European to stay up to 10pm but it is very feasible. What isn't however is People on the western hemisphere are not able to participate at all unless they call out of work, or skip classes.
Please change the DB Tengu tournaments back to the old start time. One person is not more important than an entire continent of players.
