please review for soft cheating. My opponent uses elemental Hero alius to declare attack on a set monster (debris Dragon) he says decl but does nothing after. I flip it up, he takes 100 dmg and proceeds to attack yet another set monster.. says nothing, i flip it up naturally and after seeing that it is ryko wants to claim that he intended to use skill drain on the declaration of attack and i am playing too fast. He had more than enough time to play skill drain prior to attacking with the stratos, after conducting or during declaration of the attack with Alius. Please review for soft cheating
