There are some issues with the Traditional format deck building. Either I don't understand its limitations, as I can't seem to find a resource that explains it, or the deck eligibility detection system is flawed. From what I can tell it is the Apr 2004 TCG banlist. I've encountered issues with Giant Trunade, Solemn Judgement, Metamorphosis, and Sangan. I have not tested Giant Trunade, but, both Solemn Judgement and Metamorphosis cannot exceed 1 copy in deck. Also, although they should not be available in the card pool, King Dragun and Gatling Dragon can be included in the extra deck. Sangan, while limited, seems to be considered unlimited and ran at 3 copies. Is Cyber-Stein limited by the number of Steins available at the time?
TL;DR. In Trad format decks:
- Sangan can be ran at 3 copies
- Solemn Judgement, Metamorphosis, and (potentially) Giant Trunade can only be ran at 1 copy
- King Dragun and Gatling Dragon can be included in the ED despite them not being available for play in Apr 2004
