We need more consistent judge presence in the game to manage active disputes. I suggest paying our top judges a salary to guarantee they are online. I am volunteering to cover the 'all-day' shift to ensure the community is moderated effectively and fairly, similar to a work role ( i will pay Alexis for now ) ?
