I mean in goat format I saw people use dice, some pick directly but is there an official ruling? Because in goat some people say use dice when i pick a card randomly when I activate Duo

So should both players agree on one thing or the opponent must accept? Because choosing a card you don't know IS random unless you saw their hand in which case just shuffle your hand?
