What does a format need to do to get a rated pool going? I see people on unlimited daily looking for HAT and REDU duels. Both veryyyy popular formats (some would say more popular than Rush Duels and Traditional). Our of curiosity how big of a donation would someone need to make to get this going? Asking for a friend.
