I've been ghosted by the staff for over a year on an IP wide shadowmute that I feel like was undeserved. I want closure but it's clear now that the staff are not following appeal policy and refuse to answer why I've been shadowmuted or even give me an attempt to appeal it. I'm going to have to leave now since there's no way for me to be able to duel if I can't communicate with my opponent. Goodbye.
