So it's come to all of our attention that a certain player by the name of The Bystial Lubellion has been harassing players on DB including myself on several occasions,

I'm wondering is there any way to permanently BAN him so he can never harass another player on here again?

Noticed that, ye, mostly he teams up wit' other little minnows, noticeably hiding behind others' back when the target of his insults hit back. He was frozen for racism once, but I guess it didn't improve his temper. Not sure about how much racism will earn him a permaban, but seeing how Futuregamer was permabanned after ONE racist remark, I'd say he's very much on the verge.

Hopefully. I wholeheartedly believe DuelingBook had seen just enough of him for a life-time.
