In this replay you can see that I summoned a monster at 32:34.
The log shows this:
[32:32] Stopped viewing GY
[32:34] Special Summoned Chaos Sorcerer from hand (4/5) to M-2 (ATK)
[32:35] Viewed Opponent's Graveyard
However, at the same time my face-up trap card "Royal Decree" went from the field to my gy without me putting it there.
When searching the log for "Royal Decree" the following entry shows up:
[32:24] Sent Royal Decree from S-4 to GY
This log message is only visible when explicitly searching for it and is otherwise just missing from the log.
It is clear that this was not supposed to happen.
