Technically not a glitch, but unsure where to report this.
The following cards are affected:
"Synch Blast Wave"
"Synch Realm"
These two cards were errata'd due to being incorrectly translated as "Synchro" cards (were previously "Synchro Blast Wave" and "Synchronized Realm") and were updated on the official YGO database.
