So all of them let you synchro with a Tuner from hand, and that effect doesn't lock you into Tuners (the activated effect on field that all kewls share) So can you Tune with something like T.G. Tank Grub to summon a T.G. Monster? or, with Baby Mudragon to summon a Generic Synchro of the appropiate level?
They all read "Monster you control" Does that count while in hand, or is it JUST while they are on the field?
