Stalling is a huge problem- Increased sentencing

Hi,

I play everyday on this site. I get stalled for 20+ minutes at least 3 times a day.

There is a lack of institutional control for stallers which makes the user experience horrible on this site.

When reported in game or afterwards, sentences for stalling need to be increased significantly.

I'd propose 1 week mandatory minimum for stalling beyond 15 minutes. Second instance of stalling with intent: Automatic Ban.

This is ruining the experience for good faith players and stalling is weaponized over and over again because sentencing is light.

I hope the judges value the good faith users of the site and lead a rightful crackdown on this epidemic.

Match ended with his LP at 0. He stalled for an hour afterwards, no judge on site, i disconnected and he won. I reported afterwards and the judge froze him but only cancelled the game, didnt give him a loss or anything.

It's obvious the stallers are incentivized to do this, given they are barely frozen and they dont even get a loss.

Mind you this happens 3+ times per day and some DB regulars weaponize to such an extent that the site becomes unplayable.

It would benefit everyone to treat stalling as the evil it is.

Status Quo will allow stallers to keep flourishing and destroying the site.

Slowly but surely, the good citizens of DB will stop caring and only the stallers and racists will stay.

Thats how you get this site more and more toxic.
