I was frozen twice by this same person first time was reasonable. second time even after i informed my opponent and told the admin i was using the restroom they still froze me. that's ridiculous and this is why everyone thinks duelingbook is the worst website to play yugioh. i would love to get my time reduced but of course i won't hopefully someone see this and understands that they are super bias and unfair,

They froze my account because I paused the game for 2 minutes while waiting and discussing with an admin. I paused the game because the opponent went AFK for 14 minutes saying nothing leaving me on end turn then coming back saying SRY and when i said dont sorry me he said then fu :) and he got away with a slap on the wrist and i got frozen. Your situation is shitty aswell tbh. Completely fascist behaviour from admins but hey u can put whatever gender you want in ur profile!
