Yu-Gi-Oh! » Custom Cards

I remember there used to be a script that would let you use those unique green windows that pop up in cards, like for example exchange (transfer cards beetween hands), or "set to s/t" with monsters just like artifacts but for your custom cards. Anybody knows where to find it? is it even legal?
