In a format where this deck is played, shifter is banned. Which is probably going to happen soon in the TCG anyway.

The mechanics of the deck are very simple you just gotta read em, and I've formatted the effects as if they were real cards. I'm hoping they're at least 99% accurate...

My opinion:
It's a very stale deck, it doesn't do much at the moment, consistent but dies with most handtraps.

Link is not safe, do not click it. It is a malware payload delivery host. Probably directing you somewhere to pull your IP address, then throwing you a Deck site this user's mentioned. Or probably would attempt to download a malware files automatically into your computer.
