Okay, let me start by saying that I cannot find the replay of the match for the life of me. I know that it took place on July 26th, and if Pokopikos wants to challenge any of the facts I'm laying out here, please do.

Peep this: Pokopikos gave me a Match Loss because of my "attitude issue". What was my attitude issue? I called the judge because my opponent incorrectly looked at the top card of their deck and placed it back on top without shuffling. Now, other judges have told me before that the way this situation is ruled is that the card is shuffled, since otherwise, the opponent gains knowledge they shouldn't have which could influence their gameplay decisions. This may or may not be the correct ruling. Not really the point.

So... The opponent and I never actually argued or had an issue. We just waited for the judge. When Pokopikos showed up and ruled that the deck would not be shuffled, I challenged that by explaining what I explained above. Because I wasn't in agreement with them, they accused me of having an attitude and gave me a Match Loss. And I'm not downplaying what I said to them at all. I literally did not curse, spam, or anything. I just...disagreed? And remember that I am the one that called for help.

This is a ridiculous abuse of power. A judge should not make emotional decisions and go on power trips. In hindsight, I should have appealed, but I did not know at the time that they would be forced to grant me an appeal if I ask for one after they announce the Match Loss. I learned that recently from Kitty.

Head Judges: Please do a better job in training those judges!

Oh, by the way: I know two facts: (1) all the comments will be flaming me and coming to the judges' rescue, and (2) nothing will actually change or improve.

okay let me break the duel down for you. Btw lets get this out of the way you absolutely definitely know that illegal draws/mils are revealed and placed on top of the deck in the correct order. And we also know that not a single judge on db has told you otherwise. that out of the way lets dissect your judge call

you seemed obsessed with the opponent knowing the top card. but so do you. nobody gained any advantage off the illegal mill as you both have equal advantage which you were able to take advantage of on an even playing field. Hence why konami has illegal draws and mills repaired this way. if we go by your logic you were able to get more advantage out of the knowledge than your opponent.

You have consistant problems with not being respectful and committing uc conduct on the site. We have stopped being so lax with our uc policies and have revised and are enforcing things more harshly than ever.

They issued an upgraded penalty where they saw it was needed. This isnt a power trip it is a reasonable judgment call. Wether or not a uc major upgrade for your behavior in the duel is the only thing that would be down to opinion here and could possibly vary. However with how many uc instances you constantly cause upgrading your previous uc minor for the disrespectful behavior is pretty reasonable here. There needs to be a stopping point.

all this said I would appreciate you file an appeal properly in the future if you disagree with how your call was handled instead of wanting the game publicly dissected.

Okay, a summary response to your points:

1. I already said that the response to this thread will be fashioned in this way. If I were to submit an appeal, it would take you all forever to write me an abbreviated version of what you wrote here. I'd rather get your judges' behaviors on the record in a public forum, so the track record of abuse of power is documented and can be referred to at a future point

2. What you think I "absolutely definitely" know is baseless. You have no way of verifying your statements (that I know how it's ruled and that no other judges told me otherwise)

3. Your statement "Not they you both gained an equal amount of knowledge meaning neither has gained any advantage over the other." is ignorant at best. You have no idea what you're talking about. Them knowing their next draw is Ash against a stun deck is huge, and can very well influence their decisions in how they play their current hand traps or quicks effs, if any. If I gain an advantage by knowing that, I would argue that (a) it's not the same level of advantage, from my perspective, and (b) I do not want that knowledge nor advantage. But nonetheless, again, despite your weirdly confident assertions, I did not know that that's how Konami nor DB rules the repair

I will say the same thing here: why do I need to repeat myself in the judge call, if I already said it 3 seconds ago? I don't care if it's a judge or not, I shouldn't need to repeat myself when we're typing. Get over yourself, you're not the lord because you passed an online yu-gi-oh rulings test, and you're not above criticism by the player based that you serve

5. All in all, I still fully believe that the way this judge handled the judge call was absurd. My opponent and I never fought each other. They game me a game loss because I made statements about not repeating myself, "take ur 30 secs somewhere else", and "bye boo". On the flip side, you guys get to make statements such as "30 seconds to do X" when the player is still in the middle of making their point across. The judge could have easily told me that this is a Konami policy or the website's policy, and I wouldn't have the ability to argue back from that point. This judge gave me a game loss because I hurt their feelings. It's truly pathetic behavior, and they should have gotten out of the match and let me and my opponent play

6. You make these claims about my "numerous this" and "many that", but I dare you to produce actual evidence to support that. I think you meant to say that I make numerous reports about shitty behavior; that would be 100% true

1. No abuse of power has happened.

2. You literally knew what their next card was and they knew what their next card was. They do not gain an unfair advantage over you. In fact you could had (imo) a bigger advantage knowing what to potentially stop. Also the game state was repaired properly.

3. There is 0 reason for you to be hostile to the judge, that just escalates the situation to be worse in your favor. You refused to chill out and you were rightfully punished for it. If I was the judge, I would had perma froze you. (This is why I choose to actively not be a judge because I don't deal with nonsense)

4.Your behavior is absurd.

● You did a good thing by writing the incident here. If you would have made an abuse report like normal people; the Judge you reported would have handled his own report and replied to you. Then he would have contacted you via PM on the site and made fun of you (as "Look nothing happened to me haha, do it again and how they'll remove you"). That's why Pokopikos immediately went online at Forum, he would have checked if you reported him and was going to handle his own report.

This part is for Renji Asuka;
● Judges are acting like how you just described now, Renji Asuka. Therefore they all called as "corrupt Judges". You would be a better corrupt Judge at here, Renji Asuka. Come on, pass to Judge test and be Judge at here, so I can obliterate you too, like how I obliterated other corrupt Judges at here. (If I were a Judge, I would throw you MAC Address ban again, again and again, just for show you how to deal with a nonsense like you. Then I would allow you to open multiple accounts and throw PM them so you don't forget me anytime soon. After that, I would continue to throw them MAC Address Ban too, but this time just to show you how to being a really corrupt Judge, and I would continue to do the same until your mom PM me and beg me for retake your ban back. The accounts of the players who shared their posts there have been terminated on this site, or users are not part of this Yu-Gi-Oh! community's anymore; because of the because of the treatment they received.
