Watch & Duel notes

Is anyone ever using the Watch Note functionality? I haven't noticed it being used at all ever. Instead, wouldn't it be better to make the duel note appear as the watch note as well? For instance, lots of people are playing unrated under MR5 right now and they include it in the duel note, it'd be fun to be able to watch them.

I use Watch Note sometimes.

Sometimes I post the same thing, for example 'Tournament Match'.
Other times I'll say 'X person only' in Duel Note, but describe the type of duel in the watch note.
