In This Example, After My Reeshaddoll Wendi summons a monster in face-down defense position and the turn ends, if they ask "what card was summoned by wendi, am i obligated to answer their question? i would understand if it was the turn it was summoned, but im not sure on how this is ruled after that turn.

In real life competitive play you are not required to give that information after a turn has passed. On DB we have a log that both players can access that will show which card was summoned, so not telling them might be pointless anyways.
