As someone who also plays the game in person, I reviewed the log, but I do not see where it establishes that your opponent intentionally or maliciously decided to stall.

The log may show that your opponent was inactive for more than fifteen minutes, but prolonged inactivity does not, by itself, prove that the opponent deliberately went AFK to waste your time in violation of Dueling Book's rules. They may have disconnected, experienced a technical problem, or had to leave unexpectedly before later returning.

Dueling Book's stalling rule concerns intentional or malicious slow play, trolling, or AFK conduct. Could you identify the specific part of the log that demonstrates intent or malice?

Without further information, such as a duel replay showing additional context, an admission, a threat, deliberate activity without progressing the duel, or other relevant evidence, the log appears to establish inactivity rather than malicious stalling.
