Duelingbook usually uses OCG rulings and deployment has one stating that if you summoned a non fusion previously then you cannot activate deployment, however, deployment in the TCG was mistranslated and it is written exactly the same as S:P (relevant ruling is you can attack directly first then summon S:P and banish upon summon) with an "also" on the restriction meaning it is an effect applied upon resolution, not a restriction or condition of activation. So in TCG we rule deployment as being legal if you made an XYZ beforehand but not in OCG.
For me this is not an OCG vs TCG ruling disparity in which DB would follow OCG, it is an errata disparity like the card Prohibition or Gandora-X that work differently in the OCG and TCG because their text are different.
I just want to have confirmation on how this will be ruled in this site.
