do you need ladder points to prove a deck is good or can you simply just look at the deck and scale out just how good it is

ill give you an example

since monster gate and reasoning become predictable i sided them out for brain control and enemy controller so i can tribute summon my level 6s
then you can side out sasuke and ha des or kycoo and command for newdoria and kaiser depending on what you need vs whatever your opponent is
for example if they use relinquish its usually a chaos build so kycoo and command stay together for chaos sorcerer or if they use zombies you run with sasuke and ha des for spirit reapers and pyramid turtles

and then newdoria and kaiser pretty much beat any deck so its just a matter of what you choose to side out to maximize the decks focal point

and then i have smashing ground to swap out the book of moons
book of moon was used so that tsukuyomi couldnt mess with my level 4s
but if they didnt have it i would side out book of moon for smashing ground just to beat things like king dragun
so what do you think of my deck
do i have to prove it in the ladder or can you just scale it out by simply looking at it
im just wondering because genesys format is literally ranking cards by points and i think its exactly what im talking about when i say you can scale my deck out just by looking at it
so please tell me what you think of my deck
is it good? is it meta?
i know that besides not attacking soul exchange is a one for one exchange
you lose nothing to tribute summon
one thing that does bother me when i play is that i have scapegoats waiting for 2 cards and its just uneven
i wish i had more scapegoats but sometime it just doesnt feel like enough

oh i just wanted to mention
this deck is 100% a smoke screen deck
im suppose to side out all 15 cards to maximize my evasion so that they cant counter you with their side deck
it does warp the deck into you having all the answers before side decking
like dust tornado for gravity bind or level limit or library otk or mirror force
dust tornado is just that card that does it all
so tell me what you think
its a focus shifting deck
yes i treat the side deck as if it was the main deck
