The effects are written in accurate PSCT so it should be easy to understand, aside from some extra keywords in order to save precious card space. You can read each what each keyword does at the end.

The deck is made of two archetypes, "Cardcaptor" and "Clow", and revolves around the Cardcaptor Sakura monster. It plays like Runick and is a control deck, designed to be played with its own cards. I made this deck before Runick was released, konami was the one who stole my idea ok?
Each Clow card is similar to a Runick spell despite being monsters, they all can Special Summon themselves if you control a Cardcaptor monster, then they can tribute themselves as cost to activate their effects, which includes all kind of effects, here's a list of every Clow Card.

But how do you get a Cardcaptor monster on field?
You can easily search for Sakura with any Clow card. Any clow card has the Clow Card ability, which allows them to banish themselves and search any Cardcaptor card, that means there's a one way conversion of any Clow card to any Cardcaptor card. Sakura is limited to 1 copy, so you can't always search for her, but there are ways to recover her from any situation.
Sakura works like a light Runick Fountain, once per turn if you resolved a Clow card, you can return to the deck 1 Clow monster from your GY and draw 1 card. She also can special summon a Clow card from your hand in your opponent's turn.
The strategy is to interrupt your opponent while you build card advantage. I think the deck is a bit weaker than Runick but more fun. There are more ways to build card advantage and more flexibility and general power, but you need to special your cards first, so your opponent know what they're dealing with before-hand.
The deck is still in development.
