I enjoyed having you as a judge and I'm sorry your position came to such an abrupt end.

That being said,

First off, how about you start by getting your story straight? You claim you were fired simply for having "Trans rights are human rights" in your profile: [url:2r6u9d31]https://imgur.com/duelingbook-screenshot-IaxCvde[/url:2r6u9d31]

then you completely change the reason behind your firing to some kind of "reaction" you had: [url:2r6u9d31]https://imgur.com/duelingbook-screenshot-r4CIiv5[/url:2r6u9d31]

Second, one of the Head Admins already put out a statement saying, and I quote:

The reason for Kitty Trouble's demotion in particular was because she threw a tantrum in our group chat. She demonstrated a severe lack of emotional intelligence and self control, repeatedly typed in all caps, and lashed out at other judges. Her demotion has nothing to do with trans issues, and everything to do with her behavior.

Didn't know judges had a secret group chat, but regardless, the staff doesn't care what your politics or mine are — only that we all behave ourselves. You were straight-up misbehaving, even though you were a Senior Judge which made you held to a much higher standard than a non-judge like myself.

Third, there's a time a place for politics. As a judge, your job is to do exactly that — judge. Nothing else. You can't be using your position as a judge to directly promote woke politics, as that's completely outside your job description and unrelated to your duties. I've seen people in real life get fired by their employers for same reasons — using their job positions to promote politics and religion as opposed to carrying out assigned duties. I myself worked for companies that had policies explicitly prohibiting politics and religion while on duty, so I made sure to keep my politics and religion to myself during those times.

You can "promote LGBT" in PMs, on the main menu, in public chat, or in the appropriate sections of this forum, while you're off duty and aren't actively logged in as a judge.

Fourth, you should share the logs of this group chat in question so we have additional context and everything, because right now we only have is your side of the story and that Head Admin's, without any chat logs or anything provided from either of you. You claim that "any person in [your] position would also react badly" yet we have no idea what kind of position that is, due to you not providing chat logs.

Fifth, what does Xteven have to do with this? Was it actually him who fired you? You had me thinking it was MarshieDemon or one of the Head Admins.

As a matter of fact, all you're doing at this point is proving to the staff that firing you was the correct decision and killing any chance of them forgiving you and reinstating you, as you make this thread angrily demanding a "new owner and head judge team," calling Xteven names like "coward" and "dictator leader," and further behaving inappropriately.

The hell is wrong with you?

The one thing I don't get about this situation is that DB is an anonymous platform where most users don't make a big deal about their gender or politics. So what got you invested in doing so on this site?

The user Lost? had paragraphs of anti-trans hatred in his profile for weeks, he literally called it hatred, and the heads said they would not intervene or allow judges to intervene. This almost caused me to quit and I felt at the time that I had to take a stand on the other side because allowing what was written was ridiculous. I was told that I could advocate for pro-trans stuff in my own profile as long as I was professional.

Xteven sorta solved the issue by muting lost, which lost blamed me for but I didn’t ask for. But I didn’t quit despite the profile being left up since no one could see it. Eventually Lost was unmuted at my and others request and the word “hatred” was specifically added to the rules page as not allowed. But that was by xteven since I had to around Marshie to get it added.

This was four months ago, but after the situation was over, I still left a very mild message in my profile, which was two sentences long. It was important for me to have there.

So now, being told that I couldn’t advocate anymore was a big deal to me, given the history of why it was added.

Also, why this was so urgent: I would have quit if this issue didn’t get resolved, but we had come to an agreement over a message that I found acceptable and Marshie found acceptable (pending xtevens decision on the full thing), so that was the end of it until xteven got there

Can you confirm whether or not the following content currently linked on Lost?'s profile is the "anti-trans hatred" you're referring to?

Warning: There is a LOT of information here your mind is not going to be ready to process in one take. And no not all of it is about trans people so please at least TRY to be an adult and read through it all before you think about deleting it half way. I am dehydrated while writing this, have some pity for me or something.

This site was a love-hate thing that happened to me. I met lots of people, many I didn’t like, many I tolerated, many who didn’t like me and tolerated me, and I’ve met friends that I consider high IQ, loyal, charming, funny, etc, people. Something I did not think I was capable of finding a fondness of. Duelingbook, bold as it is to admit, has amplified my ability to think, socialise and understand the human mind to a very large extent.

Perhaps the bad part of this experience goes a bit more in depth…
Duelingbook is a place that has many characters, some I am in awe of, others I question, many I resent and despise. Duelingbook has furries, transgenders, straights, gays, bisexuals, for some reason it has a sexual orientation option which I was guilty of using until I realised the weirdness in its being there. It has genuinely normal people who want to play the game or simply pass time, it has political views, it has hot and cold takes, it has moments that have made me spit water out from laughing and moments where I have pulled my hair and would have rathered been crucified than continue witnessing whatever it was at the time that made feel that way.

While I was on Duelingbook, I underwent many experiences. I saw people fall in love, break up, argue, send threats, find out personal information about people through illegal and unorthodox methods. I saw racism, homophobia, transphobia, and I saw pro-race, homosexuality and transgenderism (very comfortably expressed might I emphasise) I saw art, music, TV, memes, a few cults (which for some reason happened many more times than I think it should have, which was funny) I’ve seen a few people leave the site and allegedly pass away. I have seen giant emoticon-text penises typed in the comment section of posts about someone’s little sister. And SO MUCH more that I can’t even begin to scan my brain for. Duelingbook is an encyclopaedia of knowledge and social exchange. And I by no means am innocent, sadly Duelingbook lead me to say, think and do many things that I deeply regret and while I can absolutely blame it on my mental health, momentary desperateness, age at times, and a few other things that would lead me to act irrationally, I believe in the saying “It is not your fault, but you held the hand of the fault” (and none of this irrationality I speak of is me admitting that I was an asshole or wrong to you guys, I am not taking any of that back, I pride myself of every time I debunked and argued with you and will forever hold the title of victor, I am clinically intelligent, I literally am smarter than most of you naturally, sorry not sorry.)

I’ve seen bullying, friendship making, justice and injustice, I’ve seen corruption and liberation in their mildest of forms. And wow, that was in what? Two years? I own a virgin level of knowledge compared to what some of you might know, the rabbit hole goes a lot deeper.

I’ve had to find a valid reason to write all of this at about 3:30 AM on a Sunday (5:25AM at time of edit), and I have found a few, boredom and… to address, express, maybe answer, a few misconceptions or misunderstood issues.

I am not transphobic (to a very decent and respectful extent for MOST people)

All of those misleading and frankly stupid rumours, debates, confrontations about my beliefs on transgenderism and transphobia, nobody ever actually bothered to listen to ME, did they? It was a majority of people taking in and conforming to information spread by the people who honestly worshipped the beliefs of “trans rights are human rights” and who believed that I was completely against all of it, instead of asking me personally. And those who did ask me personally, still were not in favour of my answers. I will clear this up a bit, not that I care, but simply because I can and I like winning.

And before people start thinking “Oh hahahaha loser of course he cares, look at how much he is typing!” The act of putting casual effort into stating and conversing words, does not ultimately mean that an individual shows interest. If you say to someone, hypothetically, “I am going to eat a piece of paper this afternoon” and they reply with “I don’t care”, just because they replied to your sentence, does not mean that they have an underlying compassion or interest for what you said. What they did is called “speaking” or “conversation”, and what they feel most of the time when you say something in the league of eating paper, is that you are an idiot.

And this is strictly going to be talking about my belief on transgenderism between males and females, I am not even going to entertain the impossibility that you might be a cat. Now then.

What I believe and what humans have known and studied for thousands of years and more prominently in the last hundred years, is that in a species you need two contributors to reproduce. The literal definition of a species, is a group of individuals that actually or potentially are compatible to reproduce.

The human species has two contributors named Male and Female
Males play the role of fertilising the female’s egg
Females play the role of carrying the growing egg
Males have the chromosome pattern “XY”
Females have the chromosome pattern “XX”
Chromosomes are neatly bundled segments of DNA that define all characteristics of a species or creature.

And all of this, if you are trans or not, is true, you could not fairly or legitimately tell me it isn’t without lying.

The key word for my belief on transgenderism is “disagreement”. I disagree with transgenderism because of its effects on society, culture, and the health of many individuals. I acknowledge that gender dysphoria is real, and I think it is a socially induced mental illness, the same way that social anxiety is a lot more potent in the last 15 years because social media has crafted unreachable standards and responds to people with merciless judgement for how they live their life in comparison to the falsely perfect life that is painted for them on a camera.

And Gender Dysphoria (simply) being that the person who says/thinks they are the opposite gender of what they were born as, cannot control it. It is against their will, they aren’t just pulling an extreme childish prank. It is legitimate and real and it exists and it is quite sad to have to experience. My argument for why I don’t have to force myself to believe that you are the opposite of what you really are, is that, 1. Life isn’t fair and the truth can be painful. 2. When a criminal interrogator is in a room with a murderous psychopath who has just murdered half their family, and that psychopath has convinced themselves they didn’t murder half their family, the interrogator does not just say “Oh ok, no problem mate, if you believe that you aren’t the murderer, and it would make you feel better if I believed that to, then sure, I’ll let you go, you’re innocent”

It is the exact same line of thinking and treatment for Gender Dysphoria. People who have Gender Dysphoria do not usually deny that there are two sets of chromosomes used to identify what group a person is in, they just deny that they are apart of that group even if they have the chromosomes to be apart of it. And I don’t just have to believe any of that. People with Gender Dysphoria do not deny that there is a truth, they just deny that the truth is applicable to them. And I am sure I don’t have to explain to grown people reading this (props to you btw if you got this far) why that is not an acceptable or a rewardable line of thinking.

You have absolutely every right to convince yourself that you are not what you are, in order to obtain a level of stability and comfort in yourself. I get it, I have tried telling myself that certain things that have happened to me didn’t happen, because it is easier to live that way. It is called Necessary Denial. And you also have the right to ATTEMPT to convince and make other people abide by that standard (Unless you live in America because of Trump now lol) But you do not have the right to force anyone to abide by that standard. That just is simply not going to happen no matter how much you want it to. Let’s think of this more broadly, let’s subtract that you are a trans person trying to convince the WORLD as you live it, that you are not what you were born as, and let’s look at it a different way.

Most people in the world think terrorism is bad, a lot of people in the world think it is good. Terrorism for the human species is objectively not a beneficial thing, it has no real purpose and is not necessary for keeping us alive, like a lot of luxuries we have in our world, chocolate, TV, the olympics, artificial fingernails, etc,

And even though it would be ideal for us (Assuming you are anti-terrorism like me) if we could universally agree to stop terrorism and that it is bad for us, the victims and the convicts, that is unfortunately not going to happen. There is always, on every two sides of a story, going to be an opposite view to yours. That is called evolution. It will never ever change. And it is applicable to EVERYTHING, not just trans people. And it isn’t always nice or easy to accept that, but that’s the way it is. There are times when I look at someone who has said one of the most ridiculous things I have ever heard and while I would like to tell them they are objectively wrong, I often cannot do that. One man’s truth is another man’s fantasy. So as someone who is a lover of biology and truth, I do not think it is truthful, safe, or necessary for trans people to be getting as much attention and pardoning as they have received, I cannot stop trans people from existing, even if the law changed, the law cannot force every single trans person to suddenly stop saying they are trans, even in America. But I do not and will not believe in or support that a person can be transgender or voluntarily swap genders. That is the end of the whole transphobia thing. Disagreeing is not being transphobic. And if you think that, then that is called being a narcissist.

And in quick addition to all of this. I’m not a Nazi, Racist, Stupid, Homophobic (I am literally bi, I love boys arguably more than girls do because being bi increases your desire to mate)

No, that’s a message he apparently wrote to clarify what happened and he must have added it later. I haven’t checked Losts profile in quite a while

I don’t have time to read all that, I am at zoo, I’ll look later.

The point is that social transition is the only medically accepted way to treat gender dysphoria. It’s like trying to treat gay people by turning them not gay it doesn’t work. Sure you technically have the right to not use pronouns but by doing so you’re hurting trans ppl. If users can post that stuff I as a trans person should be allowed to defend myself

I shouldn't be surprised that Kitty still fails to see the point.

The head judge team reached out to multiple judges with a wide range of perspectives and asked them to change or remove their profiles to ensure that DuelingBook's position is that of an apolitical platform focused solely on Yu-Gi-Oh content. Our goal is to maintain neutrality and avoid any perception that DuelingBook, as an organization, endorses any particular stance on real-world issues unrelated to the game. Perception is reality, after all.

Of course, we still love it when our judges can express themselves through their profiles. Many of our other judges have fun and quirky things that reflect their personalities, and I genuinely enjoy reading them. But, as with all things, there are reasonable guidelines to adhere to.

We politely reached out to these judges privately and gave several alternatives for how they can still participate in these conversations on DuelingBook without giving the impression that their views represent DuelingBook as a whole. This judge in particular rejected our alternatives. We have very high expectations of professionalism, integrity, and adherence to our established protocols, and we expect judges to respond to instructions given by the head judge team with composure and respect. When those expectations are not met, it should not be a surprise that we will take appropriate action to preserve the integrity of our judge program.
