I haven't made a custom archetype in like...a long time, so I wanted to get some opinions on this.

It's called Comphelix, all thoughts and criticisms are welcome.

Comphelix Mandella can be simplified from:
During your Main Phase: You can target 1 card you control; return it to your hand, then Special Summon this card from your hand or GY. If this card is in your GY: You can banish this card from your GY; increase the ATK of all Cyberse monsters you control by 1000. You can only use each effect of "Comphelix Mandella" once per turn.
to:
You can only use each of these effects of "Comphelix Mandella" once per turn.
● If this card is in your hand or GY: You can target 1 "Comphelix" card you control; return it to the hand, then Special Summon this card.
● You can banish this card from your GY; increase the ATK of all Cyberse monsters you control by 1000.

Separating hard once per turn effects into bulleted lists like this makes them easier to read. I also don't recommend letting this card's first effect target ANY card, as that makes it a broken version of Blackwing - Zephyros the Elite.

Also, when returning anything from the field to the hand, you say "the hand" not "your hand". Cards that return from the field to the hand, deck, or extra deck will always, by default, return to the owner's.

Comphelix Placenta can be shortened from:
When this card is Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 "Comphelix" monster from your hand, then for the rest of the turn you cannot Summon other monsters from your hand except for Cyberse monsters. When a Cyberse Link monster you control is targeted for an attack: You can tribute this card; negate that attack, then end the Battle Phase You can only use each effect of "Comphelix Placenta" once per turn.
to:
When this card is Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 "Comphelix" monster from your hand, but for the rest of this turn you cannot Summon from your hand except Cyberse monsters. You can only use this effect of "Comphelix Placenta" once per turn. When a Link Monster is targeted for an attack: You can Tribute this card; negate that attack, then end the Battle Phase.

The second effect doesn't need a hard once per turn since players only get 1 battle phase each turn by default, so you're pretty much never going to be ending a turn's battle phase twice. You also forgot to include a period after "then end the Battle Phase".

Also, Link Monster is always capitalized. This goes for Fusion Monster, Synchro Monster, Xyz Monster, Pendulum Monster, Ritual Monster, Normal Monster, and Effect Monster as well.

Comphelix Thinker's effect can be shortened from:
During your Main Phase: You can send this card from your hand to the GY; Special Summon 1 "Comphelix" monster from your hand or GY, then increase it's ATK by 800. If this card is in your GY: You can banish this card; add 1 "Comphelix" monster from your GY to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Comphelix Thinker" once per turn.
to:
You can send this card from your hand to the GY; Special Summon 1 other "Comphelix" monster from your hand or GY, then increase its ATK by 1000. You can banish this card from your GY; add 1 "Comphelix" monster from your GY to your hand.

There's no need to specify that the first effect is restricted to the main phase. All spell speed 1 ignition effects by default are restricted to that phase.

I don't recommend letting it special summon itself, I recommend having the ATK increase be an easier and faster number to mentally calculate such as 1000 instead of 800, and I don't believe either effect needs hard once per turn.

Comphelix Umbilical's effect can be shortened from:
If you control a "Comphelix" Link monster that is equipped with "Comphelix Brain": You can Special Summon this card from your hand. When your opponent Summons activates a card effect (Quick Effect): You can tribute this card; reduce the ATK of a monster your opponent controls by 2000. You can only use each effect of "Comphelix Placenta" once per turn.
to:
If you control a monster equipped with "Comphelix Brain": You can Special Summon this card from your hand. (Quick Effect): You can Tribute this card; change the ATK of 1 monster your opponent controls to 0.

The first effect's activation requirements are currently a bit too strict, neither effect is powerful enough to warrant a hard once per turn, and I don't know what "When your opponent Summons activates a card effect" is supposed to mean. I also think if you're gonna reduce a monster's ATK by that much, you might as well just have it go all the way down to 0 to keep calculations simple.

Also, Tribute is always capitalized. Same with Tributes, Tributed, and Tributing.

Comphelix Zygote's effect can be buffed from:
If this card is Special Summoned: You can add 1 "Comphelix" Spell/Trap from your Deck to your hand. You can banish this card from your GY; target 1 card in your opponent's GY and banish it. You can only use each effect of "Comphelix Zygote" once per turn.
to:
You can only use each of these effects of "Comphelix Zygote" once per turn.
● If this card is Summoned: You can add 1 "Comphelix" Spell from your Deck or GY to your hand.
● You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 card in your opponent's GY; banish it.

Comphelix Live Feed's effect can be shortened from:
All Cyberse monsters currently on the field gain 1400 ATK/DEF until the end of this turn. During your Main Phase: You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 "Comphelix" monster you control; it gains 1400 ATK until the end of your opponent's turn. You can only use 1 "Comphelix Live Feed" effect per turn, and only once that turn.
to:
All Cyberse monsters currently on the field gain 1000 ATK/DEF until the end of this turn. You can banish this card from your GY, then target 1 "Comphelix" monster you control; it gains 2000 ATK.

Comphelix Process's effect can be shortened from:
You take no damage from battles involving "Comphelix" Link monsters that you control. "Comphelix" monsters you control that are equipped with a "Comphelix" monster cannot be targeted by card effects. If your opponent Summons a monster(s) during your Main Phase: You can target 1 "Comphelix" monster you control; equip 1 "Comphelix" Link monster from your Extra Deck to the targeted monster. You can only use this effect of "Comphelix Process" once per turn.
to:
Players that control a Link Monster take no battle damage. "Comphelix" monsters you control are un-targetable by your opponent's effects. Once per turn, during the Main Phase, if your opponent Summons a monster: You can target 1 "Comphelix" monster you control; equip 1 Link Monster from your Extra Deck to that target.

Since this is a "field" spell, I strongly recommend having at least one of its effects affect the whole field instead of just its controller's.

The third effect should probably be able to trigger during either player's main phase instead of just yours. Also, you don't need to include "(s)" in this case, since no matter how many monsters get summoned at once, that effect isn't going to ever activate more than once per chain.

Comphelix Reformation's effect can be shortened from:
Target a "Comphelix" monster in either player's GY or amongst your banished cards and Special Summon it. If this card is in your GY: You can banish this card; target 1 "Comphelix" monster in your GY or from amongst your banished cards and shuffle it into the Deck. You can only activate 1 "Comphelix Reformation" per turn.
to:
Target 1 "Comphelix" monster in your GY or banishment; Special Summon it. You can banish this card from your GY, then target any number of "Comphelix" monsters in your GY and/or banishment; shuffle them into the Deck.

Konami recently decided to use the term "banishment" when addressing the banished card location, so that term can be used from here on out when you need to reference that location.

Also, when writing an effect that targets, you put the semi-colon after the targeting part, not before.

Comphelix Roar's effect should be changed from:
When this card is activated: You can target 1 "Comphelix Brain" in your GY; return it to the Extra Deck, then send 1 "Comphelix" card from your hand to your GY. You can only use each of the following effects of "Comphelix Roar" once per turn.
●You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; return it to the hand.
● You can target 1 "Comphelix" monster you control; equip one "Comphelix" monster from your GY to the targeted monster.

to:
When this card is activated: You can target 1 Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, or Link Monster on the field or GY; return it to the Extra Deck, then send 1 "Comphelix" card from your hand to the GY. You can only use each of the following effects of "Comphelix Roar" once per turn, and can only activate them while you control a "Comphelix" monster.
● You can target 1 Effect Monster your opponent controls; return it to the hand.
● You can target 1 "Comphelix" monster in your GY and 1 monster you control; equip the first target to the second.

The first effect could use less restriction, while the second needs a bit more.

This archetype's 3 traps... probably should be deleted to make room for staples. The archetype has decent-enough firepower now, especially with the changes I've suggested.

Comphelix Brain's text can be shortened from:
1 "Comphelix" monster with 200 or more ATK
When this card is Link Summoned: You can draw 1 card, then discard 1 card. You can only use this effect of "Comphelix Brain" once per turn. If the monster this card is equipped to is sent to the GY as material for the Link Summon of a "Comphelix" Link monster: You can Special Summon this card, but banish it when it leaves the field.

to:
1 "Comphelix" monster with 200 or more ATK
When this card is Link Summoned: You can draw 1 card, then discard 1 card. You can only use this effect of "Comphelix Brain" once per turn. If this card is sent from the Spell & Trap Zone to the GY: You can Special Summon it, but banish it when it leaves the field.

Comphelix Decohedron should be nerfed from:
2+ Cyberse monsters
When this card is Link Summoned: You can target up to 3 Cyberse monsters in your GY; equip them to this card. This card gains 400 ATK for each card equipped to it. During the Main Phase (Quick Effect): You can send 1 card equipped to this card to the GY; target 1 card on the field and banish it face-down.

to:
3+ "Comphelix" monsters
When this card is Link Summoned: You can target up to 3 Cyberse monsters in your GY; equip them to this card. Gains 500 ATK for each card equipped to it. During the Main Phase (Quick Effect): You can send 1 card equipped to this card to the GY, then target 1 card on the field; banish it face-down.

Since this is clearly your archetype's boss monster, you really don't want it being too easy to summon due to how powerful that quick effect with no once per turn restriction is.

Comphelix Radius can be simplified from:
1 "Comphelix" monster with 200 or more ATK
During your Main Phase: You can tribute this card, or a "Comphelix" monster this card points to; set 1 "Comphelix" Spell/Trap from your GY to your field. If this card is sent to the GY, while you control a "Comphelix" Link monster: You can Special Summon this card, but banish it when it leaves the field. You can only use each effect of "Comphelix Radius" once per turn.

to:
1 "Comphelix" monster with 200 or more ATK
You can only use each of these effects of "Comphelix Radius" once per turn.
● You can Tribute this card, or a monster this card points to; Set 1 Spell from your GY.
● If this card is sent to the GY: You can Special Summon it to your zone a Link Monster points to, but banish this card when this card leaves the field.

Recommend deleting the link-2s as there are some very powerful semi-generic cyberse link monsters this archetype could make good use of.
