It's up to you to judge, but I think Genex can find out if it actually is an alt or not.
EDIT: At a second thought, this guy played some Single Rated matches before, so dunno. It's better for Genex to check tho.
I have interest in badly designed custom cards.

Yeah they can. Moderators and admins, and maybe judges too but I'm not sure about that, can all check IP addresses of any user.

I am not the same user as this moonsamurai28 at all. I am a different user and I am his twin brother. That why both of us use the same user name moonsamurai with different number. also, I am only focused on single rated duels, not 2 of 3 matches.
