Attribute Format Special Rules:
● Monsters in your Main, Side, & Extra Deck must have the same Attribute. (Ex: All monsters in your Deck must be LIGHT if you choose LIGHT.)
● In addition to the current TCG Forbidden & Limited List, the following must be abided by:
Gameplay:
● All duels must be hosted on https://duelingbook.com/.
● All duels must be hosted as a best 2 out of 3 (Match) with siding, unless specified otherwise by the Event Organizer.
● All duels must be hosted without a Watcher's Password. No exceptions.
● All duels must be hosted in TCG Advanced Format, using the TCG Forbidden & Limited List @: https://www.yugioh-card.com/en/limited/.
● After your Duel, immediately report your Match Score to the Event Organizer on Duelingbook or Discord with an attached replay.
● OCG-Exclusive cards are forbidden. Currently legal cards for TCG play (in any region) can be used in this event.
● Decks cannot be changed. You cannot add/remove cards throughout the entire event. The only exception is if an illegal card(s) is added.
● Decks cannot be changed even when disconnections occur in-game.
● DCs result in a Game Loss (not a Match Loss), unless that player's victory was certain or a penalty would cause the other player to lose.
● Glitched Duels will result in a game cancellation & restart, unless deemed otherwise by the Event Organizer or an Event Judge.
Registration:
● To register, post your Duelingbook Username & your Discord Account. (ex: DB: Monarch Snow | Discord: Monarch Snow#9182)
● Your Discord Account is required to join our Discord Server if it has not already.
● Registration is limited to either 8 participants specifically or 16 participants specifically. First come, first serve.
● This is a free entry event. No payment is required.
● You cannot register in this event with multiple accounts (DB and/or Discord) in this event.
● When registration is closed, all participants will be informed by the Event Organizer to immediately start their duels.
● You cannot participate in this event if you have an account(s) banned or frozen on Duelingbook, unless permitted by the Event Organizer.
● You cannot participate in this event if you have an account(s) on our the Harmonic Souls: Organized Play Suspended Players' List.
Policy:
● This event follows the Harmonic Souls: Organized Play - Gameplay Guidelines @: https://tiny.cc/HS_Guidelines_EN_V1.
● This holds information relevant for Duelists & Event Staff including, but no limited to: behavior, game procedures, & penalties.
● You are responsible to comprehend & to adhere to these guidelines when participating in this event & to inquire if you have questions.
Prizing:
You may pick one of the following options as a prize, assuming you win the event.
● Option 1: A $2 Payment via Paypal for 8 players. This does NOT include any fees that may apply. ($4 for 16 players joining)
● Option 2: A 6-day donation code for custom avatars & sleeves on Duelingbook. (12 days for 16 players joining.)
● Option 3: A 5 EUR for our sponsor CardMarket, distributed by us. (10 EUR Store Credit for 16 players joining.)
● Option 4: Redeem a Nitro Ticket in our Server. Winning 3 Lives (including a 16-man) in a row or 4 Lives (8-man) in a row, gets you Nitro.
● Prize Options 1 & 2 will be distributed no later September 1st, 2020 (PST), likely August 10th, 2020.
● Option 3 & 4 will be distributed no later than 7 days after the event's completion, unless informed otherwise.
● These prizes are optional to claim. If you wish to claim them inform the Event Organizer after the event immediately.
