To cut a long story short... I play *Royal Tribute* in Goat Format while *Necrovalley* is active... my opponent discards the monsters... I want to see the remaining cards in his hand; he refuses, I insist—saying that's how the card works according to the rules—he insists otherwise, so I call the judge... the judge sides with my opponent... I’m sure he meant well, but I believe that’s a mistake in Goat Format.
