● Your Duelingbook Account must have been registered for at least 30 days.
● Your entire team must be on the Harmonic Souls Discord Server. No exceptions.
● The Leader of your team must post your team's registration.
● Registration MUST include all members' Duelingbook & Discord Usernames (including the # and 4 digits for Discord).
● The first 4 (or 8) teams to register will be added to the Tournament Bracket.
Hosting Games:
● All games must be hosted on https://duelingbook.com/.
● All games must be hosted as a best 2 out of 3 (Match) with siding, unless specified otherwise by the host.
● All duels must be hosted without a Watcher's Password. No exceptions.
● You must use the current TCG Forbidden & Limited List (Oct 14th), which can be found @: https://www.yugioh-card.com/en/limited/
● If the F&L List is updated, you must use the updated version immediately when it is effective, unless informed otherwise by the Host.
● OCG-Exclusive cards are forbidden. Currently legal cards for TCG play (in any region) can be used in this tournament.
Gameplay:● The format for this Event will be Single Elimination-Hearts (Simplified).
● Each player for their 4-man team represents 1 ❤️.
● Each registered player will be paired against an opposing team's player.
● Winning a Duel allows a team's player to keep their ❤️.
● A loss results in a Player Elimination and their team losing 1 ❤️.
● Teams that reach 0 ❤️ lose the event.
● In the case members of the same team are paired together, a ❤️ will not be lost, but an elimination will occur.
● In the case members of the same team make the Finals, a Finals Match is conducted, but that team will not lose a ❤️.Individual Player Rankings for Harmonic Souls are calculated for all Matches.Rules:● Deck Submission is NOT required. Decks can be changed throughout the event, but not in-between Matches.
● To be considered an active, a scheduled Match between each player must occur once every 3 days. (Extensions can be granted.)
● To report an inactive opponent, contact Tournament Staff with the Duelingbook Username of the player.
● Disconnections will result in a Game Loss, not a Match Loss. If applicable, siding is entered while re-hosting.
● While re-hosting (if applicable), Decks cannot be altered from their original state.
● Tournament Staff reserve the right to view a Deck if there accurate suspicion of a Deck alteration in between Matches.
● Malicious exploitation of the rules and attempts of it, alongside cheating, or lying to Staff can result in an immediate DQ. If an in-game dispute occurs, contact the Tournament Staff. DB Judges and DB WAs can also assist, but their assistance is NOT mandated.Prizing & Other Information:
● All participants of the winning-team will be given $3 via Paypal or 9-day donation codes.
