In every instance of playing the game in the flesh, with real cards, every time I sit down for Goats, I ask the question: Exarion or no Exarion? and the answer is usually wtf of course Exarion or I get a weird stare, what do you think? Then they summon Exarion.

There's no technicality to it. Exarion was released on September 1st, 2 weeks after CRV (released on August 17th).
