Cross Ban list rules
- Players must present what ban list and set they are playing with to opponent before the match begins. (ie. November 2015, Post BOSH)
- Players may only play cards that existed within the time period of the deck of their choosing. (IE. Players cannot play solemn strike in Dragon rulers because Solemn strike did not exist)
- If a player(s) chooses to play a deck where first turn draw was legal, that rules applies to both players.
- If a player is playing a deck with the link mechanic, the link mechanic will only apply to the player playing the deck.
- Maximum 60-card main deck, minimum 40
- Maximum 15-card extra and side deck
- Cross Ban list games are played on Master Rule 3, master rule 4 applied if necessary
