PSA Update:
Tournaments are back (hopefully)! It's been a while since there have been any large scale tournaments on the forums. Shockingly, the last one that actually brought forum activity was OZYCS #5, which I ironically hosted. Unfortunately, Ozone is now defunct. So now there's no one who's necessarily hosting on the forums. So what's better than to revive the forum with what kick-started so much buzz? Somebody has to host. This is the introduction of a project that I've long prepared for, I open the gates to Harmonic Souls CS #1: Toronto!
Signing Up:
• To register for this tournament, post your Dueling Book Username, your Discord Username (including the #), and your Time Zone.
• If you're unsure how to format that, refer to this thread: https://forum.duelingbook.com/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=3882
• The first 64 OR 128 users to register will be added to the participant's list.
• The tournament will begin once 64 OR 128 participants have registered.
• For those new to this type of event, this is an online tournament. You DO NOT need to live in Toronto or be a citizen of in it.
• This a free-registration tournament. No entry fee is required to join this tournament.
General Rules:
• This is a Swiss Tournament. The link below contains helpful information regarding it.

• There will be a Top 8 cut (potentially top 16 if we received more players).
• You MUST use the current TCG Forbidden & Limited List (04/29/19): https://www.yugioh-card.com/en/limited/
• If the Forbidden & Limited List is updated, the new list will be used as soon as it is effective in the TCG.
• OCG Exclusive Cards are Forbidden. If the legality of an OCG Card changes to become TCG legal, it may be used.
• All duels (Best 2 out-of 3, matches) are to be hosted without a watchers' password.
• Deck changing is permitted in THE FIRST HALF of this tournament.
• When the Top 8 or Top 16 cut is entered, changes cannot occur to the Decklist and I (alongside staff members) will acquire your decklist.
• Each round of the tournament will be 3 days (Extensions can be granted.)
• Incomplete matches CAN result into a tie on the tournament bracket. My verdict on such matters is final.
• Contact a Tournament Official if there are issues finding your opponent.
• If an in-game dispute occurs, contact me, Monarch Snow or a Dueling Book Judge.
• If a Dueling Book Judge is busy, do NOT pester them to come to your Duel. Instead, message me or another of our helpful representatives.
Cheating or lying to a Tournament Official in any case will result in an immediate DQ.
Further action will be taken if necessary.
Do NOT try looking for loopholes or exploits in the rules.
