Ozone Live #438 [TCG/Flashforward, Dragon Rulers]

Signing up:
- Post your DB username in this topic for signing up in the tournament. Please also leave your Discord in your signup post and join the Ozone Discord so I can tag you when brackets are posted.
- First 8 people to sign up will be added to the participate list.

General Rules:
- TCG Banlist with the changes listed below.
- Using OCG cards is NOT allowed. Only cards from TCG pool will be allowed.
- Every duel will be a best of 3 match. All duels must be hosted without watchers password.
- Deck changing is NOT allowed in this tournament.
- You MUST send your decklists to either Wobbu or OzoneLiveAccounts on DB (whichever is on) on Wobbu#4307 on Discord.
- Remember that you must be in constant contact with the Tournament Hosts via DB or Discord.
- 10 Minutes of inactivity will result in a GAME loss, and 15 minutes of inactivity will result in a MATCH loss.
- You must follow all the tournament rules.
- The Host is the head judge.
- Cheating, sharking or lying to the host or admin will result in an immediate disqualification, further actions will be taken.

Special Rules:
- There will be a 15 minute deck building period for you to make a deck before I begin the 10 countdown for you to start dueling without getting a game loss.
- You are REQUIRED to use at least 10 "Dragon Ruler" cards in your deck.
- Host your duels in unlimited (obviously).
- We are using the current TCG banlist with the changes listed below:
