Already Logged In Elsewhere

I have recently run into a problem logging into my account. Whenever I try to login, I receive a message stating that I am already logged in elsewhere. I have double checked and I am most certainly not already logged in on any device, but the problem persists. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

It keeps saying that I am logged in to the Duel sever elsewhere but my opponent Quit so I left
