Basically and simply: DuelingBook crashed on me during a point when I creating custom cards, so I had to refresh the page; now it is saying "Already logged into duel server elsewhere!" every time I try to log back on. Please help.

Try logging in after a couple hours or so, resetting the router connection, etc. Usually this is just a false read issue and very easily corrected.
