How is the rating gained after a win/loss calculated?
Is it rating based, experience based or random?

I think such details are not disclosed to the public because they want people to focus on actually trying to win games rather than "gaming the system"

Yeah just doesnt make sense sometimes like I face some dude who's a lot lower rating I get +20 but when I beat someone with higher rating I get +11, makes no sense
