Why is Wall of Reavealing light still limited?

So I looked up some old banlists and from what I am seeing Wall of Revealing light is limited for over A FUCKING DECADE WTF. Konami needs to do something about this lol. How did this card not become a meme like stratos?

It was hit within a reasonable time of people discovering it can completely abuse Last Turn.

Self-destruct button, life equalizer, last turn, oh and with life equalizer you can do some cheesy burn strats. But ya its limited because of degenerate plays not because it is a good card itself.
