Duel Room Modes

Is it possible for someone to explain duelling book duel room modes to me I'm new to the platform and don't know where to start.

Rated: Choose a variety of rated pools and duel for experience and rating
Advanced: Current TCG/OCG
Custom cards: Guess what this allows in decks
Goat Format: A specific TCG cardpool and banlist
Traditional: TCG but banned cards are now at 1
Unlimited: No banlist and no custom cards
Speed Duels: Duel Links format
Rush Duels: OCG only format

I'ts physical Speed Duels, DB doesn't have a Duel Links format option.
