How do I import decks made in EDOPro?

While exporting decks in Duelingbook creates a .ydk file, exporting from EDOPro doesn't, and I don't know how to create a .ydk file to paste the deck information into. I've tried looking this up, but I couldn't find anything (at least nothing I could understand; I should probably point out that my skill with software barely extends beyond "click thing and it takes care of everything").
