Post #1 by giorgos986 » Tue Sep 29, 2020 3:29 pm

Hey guys. In the last week I changed my speed to 100 mbps. After the change I cannot log in to my account . Maybe there is another problem but I just mentioned the speed change in case this is the issue
So once I click login it says connecting and stays there till it fails
I tried Mozilla, chrome amd edge on pc and mobile and same issue happens
Any help ?

I don't think any of us can help you since this seems to be outside duelingbook's control and rather has to do with whatever you did to your router/modem.

Like I said, it has to do with whatever you did to your "internet speed". Maybe you were just trying to change that internet speed but ended up accidentally changed something else without realizing it. Who knows?

It happens to me too. Duelingbook has probably blocked our ip addresses. I use VPN to play.

Give your ip address to the admins and ask them to check if you were ip banned.
