DB Judge Exam

To take the exam the user is required to have at least 100 experience. Is this experience needed in Advanced (Match) or can it be for any format?

Also, if it's the latter, is one's experience over different categories accumulated for this requirement; or is 100 experience needed in at least 1 of the formats?
