The Dragon Rulers are back!....Sort of

The concept behind these cards is the same concept of as the Shaddoll Construct card Konami pranked us with. The ATK and DEF of each ruler is the average between the adult and baby dragons. Each one supports an extra deck summoning mechanic. These cards are the teenager Dragon Rulers.
