Troubleshooting

Hi, I'm having a problem using the Dueling Book card maker. I create and save a monster, then when I go see the card I just made, its attribute, type, level and stats have dissapeared. Anyone else had this problem and knows how to fix it?

are you using the html5 version? thats where the bugs most likely to happen. If you are just go to the Flash Version of the website

I sometimes get this problem as well but it normally goes away if I refresh the browser and log in again.

But I'm having a persistent issue when it comes to taking snapshots of custom cards - I wonder if anyone else is getting it as well?
