During either player's Damage Step, when a monster you control that this card points to battles an opponent's monster: You can send 1 WATER monster from your Deck to the GY; the opponent's monster loses ATK/DEF equal to the ATK/DEF of that monster in the GY. If this Link Summoned card in its owner's possession is destroyed by battle with an opponent's attacking monster, or destroyed by an opponent's card effect: You can target 1 WATER monster in your GY, except "Phosphora, the Ocean's Blessing"; add that target to your hand. You can only Special Summon "Phosphora, the Ocean's Blessing" once per turn.

You cannot Special Summon other monsters the turn you use either of these effects, except Fiend monsters. You can only use 1 "Negative Gateway" effect per turn, and only once that turn.
