It would be a nice idea, if playing in the Custom Format gave exp / rating (idk, most of the people maybe would also use cards like " ̶i̶f̶ ̶t̶h̶i̶s̶ ̶l̶e̶v̶e̶l̶ ̶4̶ ̶m̶o̶n̶s̶t̶e̶r̶ ̶i̶s̶ ̶n̶o̶r̶m̶a̶l̶ ̶s̶u̶m̶m̶o̶n̶e̶d̶,̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶ ̶w̶i̶n̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶d̶u̶e̶l̶").

I think that it would be fun, you guys can reply on what are your thoughts about this.

Rated customs would be gross.

Playing in custom games makes you lose rating / exp is the only real answer

Add Custom Cards that are approved into a separate rated section, and call it Rated Customs.

Scrap the idea of Rated Customs, I think players should have the option of rating/scoring individual custom cards, with a player rating/score that is determined by the combined ratings/scores of all that player's customs. That way people who make stupid customs can be easily identified and ignored by those of us who want to create balanced cards/archetypes and have fun playing them against like-minded people.
