If this card is special summoned, you can shuffle 2 Shaddoll cards from your graveyard into your deck and declare 1 attribute. All monsters on the field become the declared attribute. Once per turn you can fusion summon 1 fusion monster by using monsters from your side of the field, in your hand, and monsters linked to this card. You cannot use this card as fusion material. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can target 1 "Shaddoll" Spell/Trap Card in your Graveyard; add it to your hand.

Basically Arciel turned into a Super Polymerization on legs thanks to Construct. You do run the risk of giving your opponent's 2 extra monster zones but Winda takes care of that problem.
