A list of significant cards will be maintained here. These are cards that can be staples for multiple decks.

Card Removal
...Killing Is The Other Half (Sends 1 card on field to grave. Can mass send cards if combined with "Knowing is Half the Battle..."
Ice Beam (Destroys 1 S/T)
Trunade Conjuration (Returns all monsters from field to hand)

Counters
Death Awaits (Counter trap for summons)
Dynamic Explosion (Counter trap for summons, spells & traps, req's you to use the same card type in deck)
Torrential Wave (When monster summoned, returns all monsters from field to hand)

Drawing
Quick Slip Off the Top (Generic Draw 1)

Special Summoning
Light of One (For Level 1 monsters, from Deck)
Burning Restoration (Niche, works for both players)

Stat modifiers
Kamek's Magic (Doubles the ATK of a lone monster)
Energy Absorption (Increases ATK for each monster your opponent controls)

Adding Cards
Renewed Creation (For Field Spells, and destroying opponent's field spells)
Where Do I Go Next? (For Field Spells)

Knowing is Half the Battle... (Both players send top 3 then view top 3)

Hand Traps
Bribery (For use against spells/traps)
Shuffle Mode (For disrupting card zone strategies)
Poroporo (For negating attacks)
Will of Hayley (For non-extra deck special summons, returns them to hand and negates their effects)

Floodgates
Limitation Proclamation (Against cards who use more than 1 effect per card name per turn)
