Custom card error

I can't upload images on custom cards. It keeps saying "IO Error". Is there a size limit and/or required file format?

Like the person above me said, probably a connection issue. If not, then try to make sure the cards are close to a perfect square as possible. I recommend using a free editing tool like "paint.Net" or something like that, and cropping the picture into a perfect square. Then if the image is bigger than 700x700, I'd recommend resizing it to that size.

I find picresize.com works quite well for me, and has some nice custom border options
